Bike Workouts

Our team has one coached bike workout per week - usually a long ride on Sunday mornings. We typically meet at the parking lot at Apiary Drive. Our Saturday rides typically last 1-3 hours or 15-70+ miles, depending on ability. These workouts are a great opportunity to get to know your teammates and familiarize yourself with endurance rides. Some workouts include intervals and drills while others are steady-paced, but all levels are accommodated and welcome!

Details about Saturday workouts are sent out in an email a couple of days before the ride. Look out for an email from Coach John, and email webmaster@ucdtri.com in order to be added to the mailing list!
